Visualize yourself standing on a beach, watching the sun as it slowly sets on the horizon. Imagine the beautiful colors of the sunset filling the sky.

As you watch the sunset, allow yourself to let go of any worries, stresses, or negative thoughts. Imagine them slowly fading away with the sun, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Observe the waves as they wash ashore and slowly retreat back into the ocean. Listen to the sounds they create and feel the gentle breeze on your skin.

Take another deep breath and exhale slowly. Allow your body to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the sunset.
